How to make your job free from tension

The most striking feature of most corporations today is change. The pace of change is faster than ever before and continues to increase. Companies recognize that if they want to survive—even thrive—in the global market place, they have no choice but to be able to adapt quickly. They also know that employees tend to resist change. I often hear employees saying, "It takes us a full year to really get to the point where we’ve mastered the new technology. And then, what do they do? They change it! They say, ‘We’ve found something that will be much more efficient and help you do your job better." Never give pressure to your job you must have fun while you work during office hours and activities like funny jokes may feel you better during your job life. Give extra time for some funny activities.

The Most obvious way to make your job fun, of course, is to learn to find some humor in the things that go on in your office every day. But recent research on how employees view fun on the job shows that there are many things in addition to having a laugh like funny jokes or some kind of small games on the job that can make your work fun. If you have more work load in the office try to spend your lunch time with your friends and mates with whom you can have fun around and u feel happy.



Office hour’s utilization with fun
Consider a day in which everyone is encouraged to wear a silly tie, shoes, shirt, etc. Many companies do this on Halloween or April Fools’ Day. The chief technology officer of one company dressed up as a leprechaun on St. Patrick’s Day, planted himself at the cafeteria cash register, and offered a free lunch to anyone who could stump him with a technical question. CEO at MNC’s sometimes wears a gorilla mask at his desk. Employees often greet customers in chicken costumes. If you organize an ugly tie day, wear the ugliest tie you have, and would love to get rid of. Anyone at work that day can demand your tie in exchange for their own, and you have to then wear that tie the rest of the day until someone else demands a trade. (You can also demand a trade yourself.) Women can do the same thing with shoes or scarves. (They can also seize the opportunity to dispose of ties they’ve long wanted their husbands to get rid of.) Don’t ever take tension during your job work and have fun that is what life is.
